Prepare epics for Your Workshop

Setting up the physical epics to ensure participants can engage easily with them during the session.

    • Place the epics on the table for easy access.

    • Option 1: Partial Setup
      • Place half of the epics on the table while keeping the rest in the box.
      • Leave the box on the table so participants can access additional epics as needed.
    • Option 2: Full Setup
      • Lay out all the epics on the table, ensuring they are evenly distributed so everyone can easily reach them.
      • Alternatively, arrange the epics in smaller clusters so participants can display the ones they select during the session.
    • Option 3: Multiple Groups
      • If you have multiple groups, divide the epics equally between them.
      • Have a minimum of five epics per person placed on each group's table for sufficient variety.
